up and running!

I'mmmmmmmmmmmmmm bacccccccccccccccccccccccccccccck!

I have signed up for the 10k event at the Hunter Valley Running Festival which is a great incentive for me to get up my ass and do some training! Which I have done! :) I think that cause I havent been aiming towards anything, the motivation has been waining....so, I am training more, and making sure that i am getting my fitness back up and doing those training sessions that i dread and avoid like some kind of plague!

so...

Friday - 35min run around carrington etc
Sunday - 1 hour hard hill session on the bike out in town, on the hills and did some really steep climbs
Monday - 20 mins on the bike and a 30 min run.
Wednesday - 25 min run in Coffs
Friday - 4x3min hill repeats with active recovery and then 10 min run afterward.

Feeling good, knee and shoulder playing up a bit, but nothing too bad.
