Spotting Miners...
Ok so I am hanging out in Port Mac with work and this morning went for a bit of a run about...
I ran up from the El Paso down past the cops station, along the breakwall and around to the steps...up past town beach and to the school and back...about 30 mins in all. Cause thats all the time that i had before I had to start work...
Saw a couple of cyclists who i thought may have been miners, than saw a couple of runners who sped past me who may have also been miners...i am thinking that I am a bit obsessed :P
On Tuesday, I did a 45 min run around armidale (which is very hilly and cold) but I am starting to get my endurance back slowly and am aiming to add 10mins to my run every week...

Hey mate - I WAS out riding (on my own though) and would have come through the beaches at around 7.30 or so. Give me a yell if you're still around and feel like a run or ride!
