Training Training Training

Well over the last couple of weeks, despite being a slack blogger I have started training again...which means I can feel myself getting fitter and it may actually be an option for me to start competing again. I have also started seeing a physio, as the year and a half of chiro that I have had, hasnt actually fixed the problem where I wake up and my shoulder hurts so physio it is...first session last week, and another this week. The first session seemed to stir it up more than anything, but hopefully it might make it better!

So...I have been getting up most mornings and putting in at least a 30min effort (more on the bike) and then strecthing etc. Trying to do a follow up session in the arvo, but is a bit hard with the uni stuff I have on at the moment.

I have registered for the outgames in Melb in Feb, and will be competing in the 10k, and various swimming events (not decided which ones yet) cycling and triathlon arent options so I will just take these, and it sounds like it is going to be a massive party, just have to get to the pool and time how long it takes me to do stuff (a long time is the guess with the lack of pool work and the sore shoulder).

Pretty excited about it! Sounds like it will be 3 days of lots of fun! And technically, I am representing my country! (That almost makes it sound like i might do something!)

Yes, Miners, the Camden Haven Event is on the calendar for this year - i just couldnt find out when it was on :)
